    Active Care is not medical treatment or therapy and is offered as a movement-based quality-of-life service.

    The difference is not what we coach—only how we deliver it.

    Clients receive individualized assessment, intentional progression, and ongoing education rooted in movement quality and biofeedback.

    Two Online Coaching Options:

    1. Live Online Coaching (High Touch)

    • Trainer present on video during every session

    • Real-time coaching, feedback, and adjustments

    • Ideal for clients who want full accountability and hands-on guidance

    • Closest experience to in-person coaching

    2. Guided Online Coaching (Flexible & Scalable)

    • Individualized programming built around your movement, goals, and context

    • Ongoing feedback, education, and communication

    • Regular check-ins and progress reviews

    • Clear guidance on how to adjust based on biofeedback

    Both options prioritize long-term progress, confidence, and independence—not generic programming.
