The MOVE5 Framework

Every exercise we prescribe fits one of five movement patterns. Every pattern is built on five pillars — in this order, for a reason. Nothing is random. Nothing is wasted.

Upper Push

Press, push, extend overhead and horizontally

Upper Pull

Row, pull, retract — build the back that protects the front

Lower Push

Squat patterns — the foundation of lower body power

Lower Pull

Hinge patterns — deadlifts, swings, hip-dominant movement

Rotate

Rotation and anti-rotation — the most undertrained pattern

Each movement pattern is coached through five pillars — applied in order: Stability · Flexibility · Strength · Coordination · Balance. Each pillar builds on the one before it.

We coach movement,
not just exercise.

When you join BBHF, you are not hiring one person. You are joining a team — coaches, trainers, athletes, physical therapists, nutritionists, and life coaches — all operating under the same system and the same standard. A way of thinking about health and fitness through the lens of movement that applies regardless of who you are, where you train, or what your goal is.

We teach you how your body moves, how to read what it's telling you, and how to make informed decisions — inside and outside the gym. That transfer of knowledge is what builds real independence.
