A simple framework for understanding movement—and your body.

MOVE5 is the foundation of how we coach and how our clients learn to move.

Instead of chasing random exercises or trends, we organize movement around five essential patterns and five key movement pillars. This allows us to simplify training, personalize progress, and communicate clearly—no matter where someone is starting from.

MOVE5 helps clients understand what they’re doing, why they’re doing it, and how to progress—inside and outside the gym.

MOVE5 is the framework we use to coach — and the language we teach clients to understand their own movement. Every exercise fits into one of these categories. Nothing is random. Nothing is unnecessary.

The 5 Pillars of Movement

Within each movement these pillars of skill and body mechanics is essential for maximizing movement, feeling and performance

In order:

Each pillar builds on the one before it.

This order guides how we structure programs, progress clients, and rebuild when setbacks occur.

Basketball Skills & Athletic Development

Performance-focused coaching that emphasizes movement efficiency, durability, and skill development. Athletes are coached to move better first—so performance transfers and injury risk is reduced.

Recovery & Bodywork

Massage and movement-based recovery services designed to support training, reduce stress, and improve how clients feel and move between sessions.

Active Care (Limited Availability)

A specialized, founder-led service supporting individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities through guided movement, education, and real-world physical activity. Focused on confidence, independence, and quality of life through movement.
