What's included with every membership?

Every plan includes the MOVE5 coaching framework, a personalised nutrition plan, movement assessments, and accountability check-ins. Higher tiers add frequency, messaging access, and reporting. All plans are built around the individual — not a template.

Do I need to book a consultation before starting?

Yes — and it's completely free. Every new client starts with a 60-minute movement consultation so we can assess where you are, understand your goals, and make sure we're the right fit for each other. No commitment required at that stage.

Can I switch plans or upgrade later?

Absolutely. You can switch plans, upgrade, or adjust your membership at any time. If your schedule or goals change, your plan can change with them.

Can I cancel my membership?

Memberships are flexible and can be cancelled at any time. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle. No hidden fees, no penalties.

What's the difference between in-person and online coaching?

The coaching standard is identical — same MOVE5 framework, same assessment, same accountability. The only difference is delivery. In-person coaching happens live in the Savannah area. Online coaching is delivered via live video and serves clients worldwide.

Who is basketball coaching for?

Youth and adult athletes at any skill level. Our basketball coaching focuses on building the movement foundation that makes athletic skills last — footwork, coordination, strength, and agility — not just shooting drills. Athletes who train their movement become better players and stay healthier longer.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum contract required. That said, the MOVE5 framework is designed for long-term progress — most clients see the biggest results after 8–12 weeks of consistent work. We recommend committing to at least 3 months to truly experience what the system is built for.
